SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. (WALA) – The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office (SRSO) says it is conducting an active homicide investigation following the discovery of Allen Phillips, who they say was found deceased in his residence on January 24.
SRSO says his wife, Tequila Phillips, has been arrested by the Wetumpka, Alabama, Police Department and is currently awaiting extradition to Santa Rosa County.
