BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – A protection order was filed against State Representative John “Tracy” Estes, 57, Friday night, two hours before he was booked on a domestic violence charge in Marion County.
Estes is charged with third degree domestic violence, which is a Class A misdemeanor. No bail information was available at the time of publication.
