Deadly Fires Continue To Burn, Sand Canyon And Other Parts Of Santa Clarita Still Without Power

Deadly wind-driven brush fires throughout Los Angeles County continue to burn and several neighborhoods remain without power in and around the Santa Clarita Valley due to Power Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS).

As of Friday, multiple wind-driven brush fires have scorched over 30,000 acres, claiming the lives of at least seven civilians.

The Palisades Fire, which started Tuesday around 10:30 a.m. near Palisades Drive and Calle Victoria in Pacific Palisades, has burned 20,438 acres and is now 8 percent contained, according to officials.
