The city of Fontana’s housing department entered a five-year lease agreement with Aldea Fontana LLC to rent the Aldea Apartments and as an affordable housing community. The Aldea Apartments, on 15168 Foothill Boulevard, is spread across four buildings with 78 units.
This apartment complex is intended for Fontana residents who earn 60% or less of the area median income. All 78 units will be ready for occupancy by the end of the year, with several units ready for move-ins as early as Friday, Nov. 1.
