Catawba Valley Health System (CVHS) announced the addition of Horizon Surgical Specialists in Lenoir to its medical group. The name of the practice has been changed to Catawba Valley Vascular Surgery – Horizon.
All services, staff and medical staff will continue with the practice, and the location remains the same at 125 Hospital Ave. NW Suite 200-C in Lenoir.
