The Annual Wilkes Hoop Shoot competition, sponsored by the North Wilkesboro Elks Lodge, was held at East Wilkes Middle School in Ronda on Saturday, Jan. 18. The winners will participate in the District Hoop Shoot at 1 p.m., on Sunday, Feb. 2, at Hickory High School, 1234 3rd Avenue NE, Hickory.
