The Ollie’s Bargain Outlet has plans to be reopened later this year.
Ollie’s, located at 913 W. Union St. in the Mimosa Hills Shopping Center, has been closed since Hurricane Helene flooded the shopping center.
Ollie’s received approval on Dec. 9 for a building permit to renovate and rebuild the location. The permit calls for new walls, ceiling, insulation, plumbing fixtures and repairing the electrical, with a construction value of $120,000.
