MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – A North Carolina man accused of stabbing a Mount Pleasant Police officer has been charged with attempted murder.
According to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, the Mount Pleasant officer was responding to a 911 call about a person who had exposed himself at a bank in the East Cooper Plaza shopping center on the evening of March 18.
