Winter Weather Advisory: Hazardous Conditions Ahead for Holiday Shoppers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania Early Saturday

Morristown, NJ – Holiday shoppers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania faced slippery roads Saturday as light snow continued overnight. A winter weather advisory remains in effect until 7 a.m. for portions of central, northern, and northwest New Jersey and east central and southeast Pennsylvania.

According to the National Weather Service, up to an inch of snow accumulation is expected in areas including Morristown, Allentown, and Stroudsburg. The snow will taper off after daybreak, but roadways may remain icy. Shoppers and travelers are advised to slow down and exercise caution.
