MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Tennessee Governor Bill Lee says the number of Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers stationed in Shelby County has tripled within recent years.
He says right now, there are 44 troopers in the district, and that number is expected to grow.
“We expect to have 10 more troopers after the next cadet class. That will be 54 troopers,” Lee said…
