Greene County Sheriff’s Department gets new digital forensics workstation, but one lawyer is skeptical of the process

GREENE COUNTY, Tenn. — The Greene County Sheriff’s Department is expanding its digital toolkit after getting a new workstation. Some law enforcement personnel at the department said it would help the department better serve the community. However, at least one lawyer is skeptical of the upgrade.

The Talino Workstation sticks out at the sheriff’s department. A digital forensic company recently gave the stocky, bright green, partially transparent workstation to the office after it won a competition.
