This week’s Smoky Mountain Humane Society’s pet of the week is Phoebe.
Phoebe is a 5-year-old chihuahua that came to Smoky Mountain Humane Society with Oscar, a 5-year-old dachshund, after their owner had to go into a nursing home. Both are extremely sweet and special babies just needing a wonderful home.
