NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) has postponed the upcoming public hearing regarding Ballad Health’s compliance with the state’s Certificate of Public Advantage (COPA) regulations. Initially scheduled for November 21, 2024, the hearing has been delayed to allow for ongoing flood recovery efforts across Northeast Tennessee.
