Columbia Basin Development League Celebrates 60 Years, Honors Leaders at Annual Conference

MOSES LAKE – The Columbia Basin Development League (League) hosted its Conference and 60th Annual Meeting on October 29 at Big Bend Community College in Moses Lake celebrating decades of advocacy and growth for the Columbia Basin Project. League Executive Director Sara Higgins reflected on the organization’s milestone 60 years, highlighting achievements and ongoing efforts to support the vital infrastructure project.

During the meeting, the outcomes of the 2025 board elections were shared, confirming the reelection of six board trustees: Kelly Cochrane (Kahlotus), JJ Danz (Mesa), Jon Erickson (Othello), Matt Harris (Moses Lake), Michele Kiesz (Ritzville), and John Preston (Warden).
