ATLANTA — Vice President Kamala Harris and running mate Tim Walz will attend church on Sunday in the battleground states of Georgia and Michigan.
Harris is set to attend services at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in the Atlanta suburb of Stonecrest, Georgia. Last Sunday, she addressed congregants at a predominantly Black church in Greenville, North Carolina, another closely contested state.
The VP is also coming to Atlanta on Saturday. The visit marks the latest in a string of visits candidates on both sides of the aisle have been making to Georgia, which is expected to be a pivotal swing state in the election once again…
