One of the highlights of Boogieman Fest is the Hip Hop Happy Hour at 4:20 to 5pm, expertly curated by Little Stranger. This special segment features a dynamic array of independent emcees, each taking the stage to drop their verses, engage in cyphers, and bring the unique styles of Charleston Hip Hop to the forefront.
