GAS CITY, Ind. – Industrial Maintenance Specialists Inc., a millwright and rigging contractor headquartered in Gas City, is under new ownership. Michigan-based Commercial Contracting Corp. has acquired the Indiana company, though financial terms are not being disclosed.
Commercial Contracting Corp. is a general contractor and equipment installation company headquartered in Auburn Hills. The company said the acquisition expands its regional operational reach, especially in Indiana, where it has a more than $2 billion project history.
“The combined synergies of our firms and people greatly increases our ability to service clients throughout the Midwest USA” CEO Stephen Fragnoli said in a news release. “We’ve always had a presence in Indiana and with an office we hope to tap into the exceptional talent the State has to offer.”…
