Penn State will host another wide receiver in the transfer portal later this week, as On3’s Pete Nakos confirmed Sunday afternoon that former Ball State receiver Justin Bowick is planning a visit that will begin on Wednesday, Dec. 18-19.
Listed at 6-foot-4, 199 pounds, Bowick was a 2022 recruit who played at Pace Academy in Atlanta, Ga., before enrolling at Eastern Illinois. But it was Bowick’s sophomore season that saw him eventually earn an opportunity to move up to the FBS level, totaling 35 receptions for 499 yards in 11 games. He also scored five touchdowns.
