Tennessee lawmaker proposes tax on lottery tickets

A Tennessee lawmaker is proposing a 5% tax on sales of lottery tickets.

House Bill 51 by Rep. Kelly Keisling (R-Byrdstown) would require counties to collect the tax and remit it to the state.
