‘A biblical journey’: Child care center holds grand opening in Conway

More than 60 people gathered Sunday for a ribbon cutting officially opening the Early Start Child Development Center on Fulmer Street in Conway. A large crowd gathered Sunday afternoon, Nov. 3, for the official opening of the Early Start Child Development Center, located at 1931 Fulmer St. in Conway.

The day included a ribbon cutting, mime routine and tours of the building, designed for youngsters from birth to 5-years-old.

Owners Sonya and Johnathan Guiles told the group that preparing for the opening was a long and tedious process that included having to convince the Conway City Council to change the property’s zoning…
