BOISE, Idaho — A Boise man has been arrested and charged with first degree murder. The Boise Police Department (BPD) said it arrested 35-year-old Scott Stevens after allegedly stabbing someone who later died from the injuries.
According to BPD, the stabbing happened on N. Mitchell Street, near Ustick Rd., on Friday, Oct. 4., sometime around 3:35 p.m. Police said when they got there, the victim had been stabbed, they were taken to the hospital but later died from the injuries.
The department said Stevens was on the scene and they quickly took him into custody. Also, that Stevens and the victim were living in a home together with other adults and knew each other.
