CHICAGO – A Saturday morning fire at West Gordon Terrace Apartments in Uptown displaced several residents, and volunteers with the American Red Cross are working to ensure that those displaced have a place to stay.
Neighbors expressed sympathies for all those impacted.
“It felt like a fever dream waking up and leaving,” said Elaina Ricci whose boyfriend lives in the building.
