Manchester Man Charged With First Degree Assault After Sword Attack At Burger King

A 21-year-old New Hampshire man was apprehended at a local Burger King following an incident that left another individual with a sword-inflicted hand wound, according to authorities. The Manchester Police Department reported to NBC Boston that they received a call about a stabbing on Hill Street yesterday around 2:50 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers engaged with the victim, who recounted how Gavin Brown of Manchester had allegedly wielded a 2-foot sword against him, causing injury. Brown subsequently fled the Hill Street location, leaving the victim with a cut hand. According to the victim’s statement obtained by MyChamplainValley.com, the altercation escalated quickly before Brown made his escape.
