WENZEL: Marlborough Lions shop for presents for children living in shelters

MARLBOROUGH – Congratulations go to the following Marlborough Public School musicians who were chosen to represent Marlborough in the 136th Rose Parade in Pasadena, California: Giada, Megan, Riley, Lalli and Ally. They performed and marched with the New England Honor Band. Former teacher, Angie Crockwell, nominated these outstanding musical students for this exciting opportunity.

ON CHRISTMAS DAY, there was a lot of activity at Stevie’s Café and Catering in Hudson. Many volunteers joined Steve Dumbro in fulfilling his mission to feed people in need.

Steve, founder and president of Feed A Neighbor, Inc., made a lot of food insecure individuals meals for the Dec. 25 holiday. Over the years, more than 30,000 meals have been served, with volunteers helping to prepare food, put meals together, deliver the food and more. Feed A Neighbor also depends on donations to be successful. If you are in need of a meal, please call 978-310-7051.
