NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Metro Nashville has over 20 public greenways available to the public.
The murder of 34-year-old Alyssa Lokits raised questions surrounding public safety on Metro greenways. Lokits was killed back in October while exercising on the Mill Creek Greenway in Antioch.
“I think it was shocking when we heard about Antioch,” Allison Robinson said. “The idea that could happen on one of these greenways, I think Nashville is addressing a problem, and that’s awesome.”…
