A 41-year-old Pensacola man was arrested early Wednesday morning after he allegedly shot his acquaintance by mistake, according to the Escambia County Sheriff’s.
Department spokesperson Morgan Lewis told the News Journal that David Kueker was taken into custody and booked into Escambia County Jail at 3:22 a.m. after deputies found a deceased male with gunshot wounds on North Loop Road.
In a Facebook post, the ECSO says Kueker and his 44-year-old unnamed acquaintance believed they were being threatened by someone and were “standing watch” outside of Kueker’s sister’s home…
