ROCKY HILL, CT (WFSB) – The Rocky Hill community showed out to the 16th annual Rocky Hill Fall Fest at Elm Ridge Park Saturday afternoon.
The weather was picture perfect for the event, which featured food and drink vendors, rides, music, and more.
