HARTFORD, Conn. — Late night snack lovers be on the lookout; Insomnia Cookies is opening a new bakery in downtown Hartford at 247 Asylum St.
A release from the business on Friday says an all-day in-store grand opening event will be held on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2025, to celebrate Insomnia Cookies’ first store in Hartford. The festivities will include freebies, treats and more.
