Man arrested on larceny charges in North Haven

NORTH HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A Bridgeport man was arrested on larceny charges following a theft at a Big Lots in North Haven on Thursday afternoon, police said.

According to police, at around 1:30 p.m., officers responded to the Big Lots on Universal Drive for a report of a theft. While police were on their way, witnesses gave a description of the suspect car and detectives located the car in the area that matched the description and the car was stopped as it was heading toward Interstate 91 South.
