After a rather convincing win against the Blue Jackets, the Flyers are back home to face the Red Wings.
This is the first matchup of the season and the teams will see each other again six days from now in Detroit.

Matvei Michkov continues to be exactly what the Flyers were hoping for. He’s on a personal best five-game point streak and can become the third Flyers’ player to have a six game streak while 20 years old or younger. During the streak, he has three goals and 10 points.
Travis Konecny has been red hot this season as well. He has points in 16 of his last 18 games. He’s on base to have his best offensive season, posting 15 goals and 34 points in 29 games. He and Michkov have led the way offensively, but will continue to need help from other places. Owen Tippett has come alive with five goals in his last five games. His line with Michkov and Morgan Frost has been one of the team’s best as of late…
