PHILADELPHIA (WPHL) — Dresses, shoes, jewelry, ties, are among the hundreds of items that local nonprofit The Wardrobe is giving away during their monthly Open Wardrobe event on Thursday. The theme for September plays on the back-to-school season for parents and caregivers to select attire and accessories that they might need for work and other social activities.
