The Eagles dodged a metaphorical bullet after Thursday’s practice as fifth-year linebacker Zack Baun was back at practice after missing sessions earlier this week.

Philadelphia’s linebacking group became perilously thin following Baun’s injury and the sudden release of failed signing Devin White. If Baun isn’t able to suit up on Sunday against the Bengals, the Eagles’ defense could be in big trouble.

Luckily, it looks like Howie Roseman and Nick Sirianni may avoid disaster.
