YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Three people were shot on Madison Avenue Expressway near 5th Avenue just before 6 p.m. on Saturday, according to Youngstown police.
A vehicle was flipped on its roof by a guard rail. YPD confirmed all three victims were taken to the hospital and are in stable condition.
Traffic was temporarily blocked off but is moving again…
