21 News has learned the identity of the man who is believed to be the one who caused 16-year-old to be rushed to the hospital after a hit-and-run accident on the city’s Eastside.
A crash report identified the suspect as 46-year-old Herman Posey III (pictured below). Posey has been booked in the Mahoning County Jail.
Dispatchers got a call after 9 a.m. Friday, the juvenile was hit by a pickup truck at Bennington Avenue and Parker Street.
Police tell 21 News that the victim was taken to a hospital, but didn’t say how severely he was injured…
