Fifteen years after police arrested an 11-year-old Lawrence County boy for the shotgun death of his father’s girlfriend, jurors in a federal courtroom in Pittsburgh are deciding if police officers who investigated the case should be held liable for what attorneys for Jordan Brown say is the fear, humiliation, and mental anguish suffered by their client.
Jurors began deliberations Wednesday and continued Thursday in the civil lawsuit filed by Brown, who is now 27-years-old.
