All absentee ballots for Mahoning County are printed and have been secured by the post office in Youngstown. Director Tom McCabe said he personally put them in the mail Monday night.
Absentee ballot voters in Mahoning County have faced two delays this election cycle. The first delay was because of an insert that was required to let voters know votes for Jill Stein won’t be counted. The second, was when an Akron-based vendor contracted to print the ballots, did not deliver.
