YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Mahoning County Sheriff Jerry Greene has been ordered to appraise and sell the Chill Can plant and property on behalf of the city of Youngstown.
The city received a $1.5 million summary judgment, plus 3% interest, in a lawsuit against Chill Can and its owner MJ Joseph Consultants for the failed business venture. The total owed to the city is $2.25 million, which it hopes to recoup in the sheriff’s sale.
Another $322,907 will go to MS Consultants with 18% interest for the lien it has on the property…
