Authorities have filed ten new charges against a Harmony, Pennsylvania man accused of killing one woman and injuring four others after opening fire outside a Lawrence County bar.
Forty-year-old Nathan Fink now faces 27 charges, including one count of criminal homicide, 13 counts of attempted criminal homicide, and 13 counts of recklessly endangering another person.
