A special report of the Trumbull County grand jury on September 26 indicted 19-year-old Kyair J. Kyser with charges of aggravated murder and aggravated robbery.
Kyser of Woodbine Avenue Southeast, Warren, was accused in the April 9, 2024, shooting death of 35-year-old Howard Dorsey at 1028 Lovers Lane NW. According to 911 reports, a woman informed dispatchers that Dorsey had been shot and was bleeding from the mouth as he lay on the dining room floor. He died a short time later.
A police report said the woman saw two men running away as she was awakened by sounds of gunfire. ‘…
