WATERBURY, CT (WFSB) – A search warrant execution led to the arrest of two people in Waterbury on drug charges.
Waterbury police identified the suspects as 42-year-old Hector Alvarez and 33-year-old Stephanie Mercedes-Diaz, both Brass City residents.
