A 17-year-old boy was shot in the face during an early-morning clash in upper Manhattan Saturday, police said.
The 2:12 a.m. shooting on Sherman Ave. near Academy St. in Inwood was the second time in two days that someone under 18 was shot in the five boroughs, cops said.
