Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark announced on Tuesday, Sept. 24, that two people have been charged with murder and related charges for killing and dismembering a man and transporting his mutilated body on the Metro North train to Yonkers where they burned it.
In the context of the announcement, Clark said, “The defendants allegedly killed and mutilated a man, and then took some remains, in a shopping cart, on a Metro North train to Yonkers where they burned the cart. This was brutal disregard for a human being.”
Prosecutors said that Muhammad Aadil, 40, of Gerard Avenue in the Concourse section of The Bronx was arraigned on Sept. 23, on second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, concealment of a human corpse, criminal possession of a firearm, five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, before Bronx Supreme Court Justice Brenda Rivera…
