MIDDLETOWN — With a spot on a streaming talent show, a pair of high-profile local gigs on the same day next week and a forthcoming EP, country artist Jovon Newman is reaching for his musical dreams.
The 2009 graduate of Middletown High School performs Oct. 12 at both Oct DOVER Fest and the Apple Scrapple Festival in Bridgeville.
