ERIE, Pa. – A disturbing discovery has resulted in the arrest of a child sex abuse suspect, who was previously employed by a Pennsylvania school district.
Samuel Elliot, 34, is accused of secretly recording male students in the locker room at Owen J. Roberts High School in Chester County.
