Buckeye Valley fell victim to Granville and their airtight defense on Saturday. They came up short against the Granville Blue Aces, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, the Barons can’t take it too hard given the team’s big disadvantage in MaxPreps’ Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 387th, while the Blue Aces are ranked 77th).
Buckeye Valley has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. As for Granville, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-2-3.
As of now, neither Buckeye Valley nor Granville have any future games scheduled…
