ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Seven of 11 defendants charged in an Ulster County drug trafficking case have pled guilty, per the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Three of the defendants have already been sentenced.

Joshua Atkinson, 27, of Ellenville was sentenced to serve 13 years in prison for conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute fentanyl and cocaine. With his guilty plea, Atkinson admitted to distributing and intending to distribute about 3.2 kilograms of cocaine and 600 grams of fentanyl.
He also admitted to using violence to get payments from his drug redistributors. A search warrant of Atkinson’s home in January 2023 also revealed a pistol, said the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Christopher Baez was sentenced to six years and 11 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release. Michael Herry was sentenced to two years and three months in prison followed by three years of supervised release.
Joshua Morales will be sentenced on February 19. Joseph Logan will be sentenced on May 21. Timothy Hutcherson and Daryl Livingston will be sentenced in April…
