Not only do teachers have to purchase their own duds, a lot of teachers pay for teaching items out of pocket, if their school – or the students’ parents – do not have the wherewithal to supply teachers/students with the necessary items that they need to succeed.

For that reason, St. Brian Clothiers helps to provide free menswear for Western New York teachers. For the second year in a row, St. Brian Clothiers invites teachers to attend Roswell Park’s Community Outreach & Engagement Center at 907 Michigan Avenue for an afternoon of unlimited free shopping for men’s fine clothing such as suits, blazers, dress shirts, shoes, ties, and additional items. The free shopping event will take place on Thursday, August 29, from 11am to 3pm.

“This event is one of the most important campaigns that we conduct during the year because teachers are such an important part of the success of our children and far too often they have to spend out of their own pockets to provide resources for their students,” said St. Brian Clothiers founder, Dewitt Lee. “With so much of the focus, rightfully so, on making sure that children are ready to begin school, we feel it is very important for the teachers to be just as supported and serviced so that they can start the year feeling appreciated and dressed in the very best.”…
