Starting middle linebacker Terrel Bernard, who hasn’t played since exiting with a pectoral injury in Week 2, is expected to practice all week and could be on pace to play when the Bills travel to the Houston Texans at 1 p.m. Sunday. But eight-time Pro Bowl edge rusher Von Miller will begin serving a four-game suspension that was handed down Tuesday for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy.
