The Buffalo Bills have the AFC East all but wrapped up with a 7-2 record, but that doesn’t mean the team is perfect. The largest flaw with the Bills throughout the season has been their run defense, and that was further showcased against the Miami Dolphins. Miami racked up 149 yards on the ground, which felt all too close to the Ravens running at will for 271 yards in Week 4. Anytime the Bills have run into teams that can run the ball, they’ve given up a boat load of yards. In light of that, the Bills signed two familiar faces on the defensive line.
Buffalo signed defensive tackles Jordan Phillips and Quinton Jefferson to one-year deals on Wednesday. Phillips is now in his third stint with the Bills, while Jefferson has played for five different teams in five seasons. He appeared in four games for the Browns this season.
