A familiar voice will be on the air during Wednesday night’s Pitt game against Eastern Kentucky.
Former Pitt guard Nelly Cummings, who led Pitt to the NCAA Tournament in the 2022-23 season, will be a color analyst next to play-by-play announcer Jason Earle for the game. The Pitt Vs. Eastern Kentucky game will be televised on ACC Network Extra.
Cummings played in Cyprus and Bulgaria last year in his first season as a professional. In Bulgaria, Cummings averaged 16.8 points and 4.4 assists per game for Akademik Bulteks 99 Plovdiv. In Cyprus, Cummings averaged 19.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game as a rookie.
